How to Choose Where to Sell Gift Cards in Nigeria
The best usable quote is one that applies to your exact card, has clear terms and comes from a provider whose identity you can verify. A high headline rate alone does not establish those things.
Compare the same card
Write down the brand, purchase country, currency, original format and face value. Ask each provider to repeat those details in the quote. Do not compare a physical USD 100 Apple card with a CAD e-code or assume that a price for a larger denomination applies to a smaller one.
Ask for the net NGN total
A per-unit rate may exclude fees. A fixed total may already include them. Request the amount expected after all stated deductions and the time at which the quote expires. Use the calculator to check per-unit arithmetic, and read the methodology if the figures are unclear.
Check identity independently
Open the provider’s official site yourself. Check whether its legal operator and contact details can be substantiated, and whether its terms explain verification and disputes. A copied brand mark, a social-media name or a screenshot of a payment is not enough to verify the recipient.
Understand the sequence
Before releasing control of a card, understand when verification occurs, which details are required, what happens if it is rejected and how a disagreement will be handled. Do not pay a separate gift card to unlock proceeds. Keep written records of the terms and timestamps.
What this page does not rank
GCVibe does not currently have the verified quote and service evidence required to rank providers as “best” or “fastest”. This page therefore provides a comparison method. The site’s own verified transaction-support details are also pending, as explained on Contact.
Useful questions
Should I choose the highest number?
Only compare numbers after checking the route, denomination, fees and validity. A higher rate for a card you do not hold is not a better offer for your card.
Is a payment screenshot proof that I have been paid?
Check the actual status through your own financial provider’s verified channel. Do not rely solely on a picture sent in a chat.
